We understand how difficult it can be to trust online coral vendors, especially when shipping live animals. That’s why communication and customer support are a major part of what we do. From confirming delivery dates to follow-up messages after arrival, we stay in contact with you every step of the way to help ensure your corals arrive safely and successfully.

To add more corals to your order, message us or create a pickup order through our website. This removes additional website shipping charges so you only pay shipping through ReefnBid unless extra fees are required due to order size. We can typically fit 2–3 frags per box before additional shipping charges apply, and we will always contact you beforehand if extra shipping is needed.
