Lobophyton- Devil's Hand

Lobophyton, commonly known as Devil’s Hand Leather Coral, is a type of soft coral that belongs to the family Alcyoniidae. It is characterized by its unique, hand-like lobes and a leathery texture. The coral can vary in color, ranging from brown to green, and sometimes even pink or purple. Lobophyton corals have a distinctive hand-like shape with lobes that can extend and retract. Their surface is often covered with small polyps that give them a fuzzy appearance when extended.  They can be brown, green, pink, or purple. Leathery and flexible, lacking a hard calcium carbonate skeleton. Similar to Toadstool with finger like projections and multiple colors.
