The livestock procurement fee covers the professional services involved in identifying, sourcing, evaluating, and coordinating the purchase of suitable livestock on behalf of the client. The fee may include:

• Livestock sourcing: Identifying reputable farmers, ranchers, breeders, or suppliers and locating animals that meet the client’s specifications for breed, age, weight, sex, quality, and quantity.
• Supplier coordination: Communicating with suppliers, negotiating purchase terms, arranging inspections, and coordinating collection or delivery.
• Health inspection: Coordinating veterinary examination and health checks to verify the animals’ condition and suitability before purchase, including review of available vaccination, treatment, and health records.
• Quality and compliance checks: Confirming that the livestock meets agreed specifications and applicable animal-health, identification, transportation, and regulatory requirements.
• Procurement management: Managing the purchasing process, documentation, scheduling, and logistics from supplier selection through delivery.
