Albany, NY’s Premier Coral Vendor & Reef Services Partner
We’re not just another coral vendor looking to make a profit off of our overgrown corals.
We’re a reef-first, community-driven provider focused on responsibly sourced coral, transparent service, and ethical reefing — built by hobbyists, for hobbyists with scientist support.
Reef Equipment | Transparent Pricing | Local Impact
We don’t stock reef gear on-site — and that’s intentional.
Instead, we special-order equipment for our local reefers through the same trusted suppliers that power the reefing community nationwide.
You’ll pay standard retail pricing — never inflated markups. The difference is where your money goes: every purchase supports local reef growth, education, and our mission with CapitalCorals, Inc.
How Gear Purchasing Works:
1. Place your order online. Once funds are received, we process your order directly through our supplier network.
2. Receive real-time updates. You’ll get personal emails with shipping confirmations and tracking as soon as your gear is en route.
3. Local or direct delivery. Depending on the order, First Due Aquatic Rescue will hand-deliver or coordinate direct shipping for fast, safe delivery.
We understand you could order from big-box reef stores or online retailers — and that’s okay. The reason we offer gear is simple: to provide a trustworthy local option that fuels our shared reefing mission and love for coral reefs.
Not local? Want to support? We’ll coordinate delivery with you — go to our forms and message us before purchase.

First Due Aquatic Rescue continues its mission beyond coral sales — pledging that a portion of every gear or dry goods purchase also contributes to marine research, coral rehabilitation, and education programs through our partners at CapitalCorals, Inc.
Our Promise: You’ll always get authentic, brand-new equipment, delivered on time — backed by transparent communication and a purpose beyond profit.
